What To Expect

What to expect during a healing session

Every healing session is a unique and intuitive experience, guided by the horse’s energy, needs, and willingness to engage. My role is to create a calm, respectful space where both horse and human feel safe, supported, and open to the process.

Below is an overview of what typically happens during a session, so you know what to expect and how to prepare.

Healing Steps

1. Preparation

Upon booking, I will send you pretreatment information to best prepare both of you.

2. Permission to Heal

Consent is key! Hands on healing is most effective with the horse’s approval. I can send healing from a distance when a horse is extremely fearful and anxious or may cause injury to themselves or the healer.

3. Scanning Energy

I get information from the vibration of energy around the horse. I also scan over the horse with my hands to identify any specific blockages or imbalances.

4. Healing and Release

I will focus on areas that need healing. This can be done with hands-on or hands-off techniques, depending on the horse’s preference. If the energy and focus are too intense, the treatment can be performed outside the stable or away from the horse.

Emotional releases are common when working with energy. The duration of this phase can vary depending on how long the issue has been present. It may take several treatments before a full release is achieved.

5. Communication

These can be shared by the horse at any stage of the treatment. I typically convey messages as I receive them.

6. Follow-Up

You will receive a treatment report and discuss any potential next steps.
