What Is Energy Healing?
The Science Behind Energy Healing
Everything in the Universe, both living and non-living, is Energy. Everything vibrates at different frequencies, which can affect our bodies.
The molecules located within our bodies are constantly vibrating and radiating positive or negative, balanced or unbalanced frequencies.
When we’re misaligned energetically and radiating low-vibrational frequencies, it can materialise into ailments, like pains, sickness and disease.
Energy Healers work in the energy fields, drawing on the purest, most powerful sources of energy to purify, nourish and re-energise the whole system.
I focus on guiding energy from a pure source and can access the higher brain states of theta, delta and gamma, where I know healing and regeneration happen, accelerating healing and growth.
*Research into energy fields has not been extensively prioritised by Scientists. One possible explanation is that such studies might challenge existing work conducted by pharmaceutical companies.
This may contribute to limited funding availability for this area; however this remains speculative.
A Comprehensive Guide
Energy healing, aimed at restoring balance and harmony within an organism, has gained huge popularity in the equine world.
To see how your horse changes after healing can be fascinating, as these magnificent creatures are highly sensitive and often respond visibly to the energetic shifts.
This practice positively affects well-being, offering physical relaxation, pain relief, improved mental clarity, and better social behaviour, clear signs of multifaceted healing.
Horses, with their sensitivity and responsiveness, offer a remarkable window into the healing power of energy work, showcasing the potential for improved health and happiness through these therapeutic techniques.
Symptoms that indicate your horse may benefit from healing.
Energy healing can manifest through numerous changes in a horse. Some of these symptoms may include:
Behavioral Issues
Resistance, aggression, or being withdrawal can sometimes stem from energetic blockages and emotional wounds.
Trauma Release
Horses may hold onto past trauma—especially rescue horses or those with difficult histories.
Poor Performance
Energy healing can help horses feel more balanced, focused, and connected, enhancing their performance and recovery.
Bonding & Trust Issues
Healing sessions often deepen the connection between horse and human, fostering mutual trust and understanding.
Dealing With Change
Horses may respond to changes with anxiety, stress, or decreased focus.
Physical pain and discomfort
Old injuries, chronic pain, or stiffness can persist after treatment, and remembered pain may also contribute.
IMPORTANT: Healing is not a substitute for veterinary care, and I always strongly recommend that you contact your Vet first if you have any concerns about your horse’s health.
